Plum Residence is designed for older adults who are largely independent but would benefit from companionship, structure, and the ease of having meals, housekeeping, and activities arranged for them. We do not provide medical or nursing services on-site.
Family visits are warmly welcomed. The communal lounge and garden patio are open for family gatherings, and the shared kitchen is available for family-prepared meals during visits. We simply ask for a brief heads-up for larger gatherings so we can make comfortable arrangements.
For the Heartwood Residence arrangement, the monthly fee of HK$14,600 covers accommodation in a private furnished room, three meals daily, housekeeping and laundry, access to all communal areas, and participation in all scheduled activities. There are no hidden charges for standard services.
The One-Week Welcome Stay allows a prospective resident to spend seven days at Plum Residence just as a regular resident would. All meals, activities, and the private room are included. At the end of the week, staff share a brief summary of the stay with the family. It is a relaxed, pressure-free way to see whether the home feels right.

Yes, the Garden & Nature Mornings programme is open to older adults from the community who are not full-time residents. It runs three mornings a week and is a welcoming, gentle way to spend the morning with others who share an interest in plants and the outdoors.
